After 10 weeks 70 percent of EXPRESS II patients receiving Remicade 3 mg/kg and 75 percent of patients receiving 5 mg/kg achieved at least a 75-percent improvement in psoriasis as measured by the standard Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI 75) score, compared with 2 percent of patients receiving placebo.

What's more, at the 10-week mark 45 percent of EXPRESS II patients experienced complete clearance of the skin condition (PASI 90), compared to 0.5 percent of patients on placebo.

Results were even more dramatic in the EXPRESS trial.

At 10 weeks 80 percent of treated patients achieved a PASI score of at least 75 vs.
